Carla has over 15 years of experience representing local and international clients in corporate and regulatory matters, and assisting in diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She assists companies in matters related to information technology and intellectual property, with solid experience in analyzing and negotiating contracts related to these areas. Carla also works in cybersecurity and personal data protection matters, assisting clients with the preparation, analysis and review of terms of use and privacy policies, review and adjustment of internal policies and documents to clients and suppliers, internal trainings, adequacy of business models and practices in view of the current privacy laws and issues related to data breach incidents.
