TozziniFreire’s inclusion program is the result of a story that began at the very foundation of the firm, in 1976.
We are proud to be pioneers in the implementation of internal policies for gender equality and in promoting actions to help build citizens’ awareness of their role in society. These initiatives have multiplied and our social performance has consolidated in increasingly broad actions. It was in this context that TFInclusão was established in 2018, a program that consolidates all TozziniFreire’s social initiatives developed over the years.
The program is comprised of three pillars: TFDiversidade, TFPro Bono, and TFSocial. Our work focuses on five main, but not limited to, themes: Gender; LGBTI+; Race, and People with Disabilities.
