» Deals led by the firm have been awarded with Latin Lawyer’s Deal of the Year in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015.

» For the third time, we were winners of the Client Service category in The Chambers Latin America Awards 2012, 2015 and 2016.

» Awarded with The American Lawyer’s Global Legal Awards 2016 and with the Latin Finance Deals of the Year 2015 and 2017.

» We were winners of IFLR Awards 2017 in Restructuring category and IFLR Awards 2018 in Loan category. 

» We have been classified at top positions in several fields in Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers and in Chambers Latin America, two key legal guides that cover the global and Latin American markets, being recognized as specialists in several areas.

» The Americas Tax Awards 2019 recognized TozziniFreire for the merger of Fibria and Suzano Papel e Celulose in the “Impact Deals and Impact Cases of the Year” category.

» In 2019, we were bestowed with the Latin American Lawyer Energy & Infrastructure Awards as the Law Firm of the Year in the category M&A Infrastructure for the assistance to CEE Power in the acquisition of Litoral Sul Transmissora de Energia by EDP. 

» We received three recognitions from the Municipal Badge of Human Rights and Diversity in 2019, granted by the São Paulo City Hall. The first award was in the Race Equality category for our participation in the Aliança Jurídica pela Equidade Racial (Racial Equity Legal Alliance). The other badges were in the Youth and LGBTI categories, acknowledging two of our social works: Jogo dos Três Poderes (a game that clarifies how the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Brazilian government work); and our TF.doc initiative, which screens films and documentaries on diversity and inclusion.

» In 2018, the firm was granted the 1st Lumen Award on the "Social Responsibility" category as a recognition for the Jogo dos Três Poderes initiative. The award, sponsored by CESA (Association of Brazilian Law Firms) and SINSA (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro's Union of Lawyers Associations ), seeks to recognize Brazilian law firms' Corporate Social Responsibility Programs that have positive impacts on society.

» In 2012, we received the awards for Best Mentoring Programme in Brazil and the Best Gender Diversity Initiative in Brazil at Chambers Women in Law Awards Latin America. In 2015, we were awarded for Outstanding Firm for Furthering Women’s Advancement (Recruitment, Retention and Promotion), in recognition of our gender diversity initiative.

» We received the best national law firm award in Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2012 (first edition of the award). In the 2014, 2015 and 2017 editions, we were winners in the Best National Mentoring Program (Latin America), and in 2016, we were recognized as Best national firm for pro bono work (Latin America). In 2017, we were also awarded for Best national firm for women in business law (Latin America). The research is conducted by Euromoney Legal Media Group, a renowned editorial group in the legal market.

» Latin Lawyer 250, one of the most relevant guides for Corporate Law in Latin America, recommends the firm as one of the most prestigious legal organizations in Brazil. The publication lists leading law firms and lawyers with an in-depth analysis of the Latin American market.
