Our Timberland Investments professionals bring experience in all manner of real estate financing transactions, including real-estate-backed structured financial transactions, securitization of real estate receivables, and the establishment of real-estate-related investment funds. The firm spearheaded the creation of the first Brazilian real estate investment fund and structured the first real estate financing transaction involving surface rights.
Knowledgeable about agrarian law, the firm has been engaged to assist in several transactions involving purchase and sale of rural property, forests, legalization of lands, and rural leases, among others.
