SUSEP has published Public Consultation Notice No. 13/2025, which submits for public comment a draft SUSEP Resolution addressing the mandatory submission of information on disputes resolved through alternative means in insurance contracts, as well as the disclosure of such information, for the regulation of Article 129 of Law No. 15,040/2024, known as the Insurance Contract Law.
