Fernanda Cirne Montorfano is an expert in advising on administrative proceedings involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN), and B3 (Brazilian stock exchange). In addition, she works in mergers, acquisitions, public offering of shares, and corporate restructuring involving publicly traded companies, and specializes in corporate governance issues within the ESG market.
