The partners Marcel Medon Santos, Tatiana Lins Cruz and Vivian Fraga do Nascimento Arruda, and the associates Patricia Bandouk Carvalho, Luciana dos Santos Martorano, Carolina Gattolin de Paula and Jackson de Freitas Ferreira have authored three chapters of the e-book 'Brazilian Antitrust Law (Law No. 12,529/11): 5 years', which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade – IBRAC, and addresses the consolidation of the Law No. 12,529/2011, which structures the Brazilian System for Defense of Competition.
The e-book, which is in English, was launched on the ABA Antitrust Law 2017 Spring Meeting hosted by the American Bar Association in Washington D.C.
