Vinícius has over 15 years of experience advising clients on sophisticated corporate, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as in the mining, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice includes leading the negotiation and coordination of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A, investments and joint ventures, as well as the contractual, regulatory and financial structuring of large-scale projects.
