For over seven years, Victoria has represented clients in complex commercial disputes, combining technical knowledge with a practical approach to deliver effective solutions in high-stakes litigation. She has experience in civil, corporate, and commercial litigation, representing creditors, debtors, and third parties in complex disputes involving corporate conflicts, contractual issues, credit enforcement, judicial reorganization, and bankruptcy. In addition, she works in the advisory area, advising creditors, investors, and third parties interested in acquiring assets in distressed contexts.
