TozziniFreire´s partner in the Banking and Financial Innovation practices, Pedro is highly seasoned in regulation of financial services, payment regulations, financial transactions, capital markets, fintechs, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, blockchain, M&As, IPOs, and financing transactions involving regulated entities, as well as administrative proceedings before BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil) and CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission). Since 2018, he has been working as a consultant to the Attorney-General´s Office of the Central Bank of Brazil.
