Natalia has extensive experience in litigation pertaining to the Consumer Protection Code, Insurance Law, and Digital Law. With over a decade of professional experience and significant expertise in Digital Law and Compliance, she has advised some of the most notable companies in the industry, concentrating on contentious issues related to technology and data privacy. Her work includes addressing both judicial and administrative matters that have emerged following the enactment of the Civil Framework for the Internet and the General Data Protection Law. Furthermore, Natalia actively participates in the management and oversight of extensive legal portfolios, focusing on data analysis, risk mitigation, and the optimization of her clients’ business processes.
