Leonardo has been at TozziniFreire since 2017 and has experience in both Banking & Finance and Capital Markets. He has experience assisting with public offerings, national offerings, national and cross-border syndicated loans, project finance, agribusiness finance, green and social finance, sustainable finance, investment funds, financial innovation, fintechs, payment institutions, foreign exchange transactions, derivatives and securitization. He has acted on several large transactions, and is recognized for his work on impact transactions, such as the issuance of CRIs to finance and build housing for people in economic and social need, Debentures to renovate housing for people in economic and social need, CRAs to finance communities throughout Brazil for family farming, etc. Leonardo also acted on the USD 2 billion ABL Credit Agreement granted by Wells Fargo, as well as advising K2 Brasil on multi-currency term and revolving financing transactions, etc.
