Gabriela is an associate of TozziniFreire and a member of the Real Estate Practice since 2020. Aside from advising clients in a diverse array of real estate transactions and developments, including the structure of guarantees, leases, sale lease back and built-to-suit agreements, Gabriela has assisted various clients, both Brazilian and foreign, in clarifying intricate aspects of local real estate and urban planning legislations.
