TozziniFreire's partner in the Capital Markets practice, Felipe has wide experience in the financial and capital markets area involving local and foreign transactions, especially in structuring and subsequent offerings of investment funds, including FIDC (Fund of Investment in Receivables), FII (Real Estate Investment Fund – Brazilian REIT), FIP (Share Investment Fund), and FIAGRO (Agribusiness Investment Funds), as well as in public offerings of securities, syndicated financing. Felipe is a member of our Sustainable and Impact Investment Group, assisting clients in ESG issues. He also worked as an international lawyer at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York.
