TozziniFreire´s counsel, Fabiana has over 15 years of practice in the Corporate/M&A area, Fabiana has been advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and foreign investment in Brazil in a wide range of sectors. In addition, Fabiana has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings involving listed companies, as well as advising on shareholders meetings, board meetings and regular corporate matters of listed companies. Fabiana worked as foreign associate in the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton from 2019 to 2020.
