Partner in the Civil Litigation practice area, Celso has extensive experience in conducting civil and consumer administrative and judicial proceedings, with emphasis on those involving commercial contracts, digital law, automotive law, and electoral advertising via the internet. He also manages portfolios of administrative and judicial, civil, consumerist and electoral cases distributed and in progress throughout the country.
