Adriana is responsible for creating TozziniFreire’s Environmental Law practice group and has been exclusively dedicated to the area since 1997. Her practice encompasses conducting environmental audits in M&A transactions; risk identification and strategic advice on risk management regarding environmentally sensitive projects; judicial and administrative proceedings, including representation before the environmental protection bodies and the Attorney General; strategic assistance in environmental licensing proceedings; drafting of contracts and agreements relating to environmental issues; and assisting in environmental compliance, including the management of environmental liabilities.

Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2014 - Award for Best lawyer in environmental law in the Americas - promoted by Euromoney Legal Media Group. In 2021, she was also recognized in the Women in Business Law guide, by Expert Guides. Adriana is LACCA Approved in Environment.
