Fernando Serec, head of TozziniFreire’s Arbitration practice group, and associate Guilherme Carneiro Monteiro Nitschke authored the “Brazil” chapter in “DELOS Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP)”, released internationally on June 18.
GAP’s edition was coordinated by David D. Caron, Maxi Scherer, Thomas Granier and Hafez R. Virjee, and published by DELOS Dispute Resolution.
DELOS, an arbitral institution founded in 2014 in Paris, is devoted to addressing arbitration proceedings that require a more expeditious response and lower costs. In 2018 it received an important recognition, the GAR Award for Innovation.
GAP’s full content is available at https://delosdr.org/index.php/gap/. The launch event in Brazil will take place in October, in partnership with TozziniFreire.
