Labor practices as antitrust violations: trends in Brazil and worldwide

In article available on The Future of Antitrust e-book, published by IBRAC in August 2020, our partners Tatiana Lins Cruz and Patrícia Bandouk Carvalho, along with associate Natan Maximiano Munhoz, analyze labor practices as antitrust violations, a new target for antitrust investigations by Competition authorities. The labor practices under analyzes include the so-called no-poaching agreements and wage-fixing agreements, as well as the exchange of competitively sensitive information about terms and conditions of employment.
