Victor Hugo advises companies seeking to adapt their business practices to local, state, and federal regulations, with a special emphasis on the Health and Life Sciences sectors. He studies daily the changes and innovations in related markets, working with clients from corporate, regulatory, and contractual perspectives, with more than 10 years of experience in health law, ANVISA, ANS, and MAPA regulations, clinical trials, medical and pharmaceutical law and ethics, agreements, administrative proceedings, and mergers & acquisitions in the health sector. Victor Hugo has also worked as a secondee in health companies or in highly regulated environments.
