TozziniFreire´s CEO, Fernando Eduardo Serec, has been interviewed by Latin Lawyer about talent management and retention.

Titled 'Difficult conversations about talents', the article reveals how Latin America law firms overcomes the challenges of hiring talents and avoiding high levels of turnover.

According to Fernando Eduardo Serec, TozziniFreire provides training throughout their lawyers’ careers that even includes an MBA.

“Three to four years ago, we decided to take into our own hands the training of attorneys at different levels,” says.

 “We created a programme called TozziniFreire’s DNA Programme. Training starts when lawyers are students and continues up until they are senior lawyers”, explain Fernando Eduardo Serec.
