Corporate Social Investment

TozziniFreire’s assistance to social entrepreneurs encompasses establishing non-profit entities, identifying the required licenses and registrations; obtaining titles and respective waivers; building contracts and other instruments for the relationship with the business community, government and/or society; as well as dealing with the specific issues of each type of project or activity. We are prepared to evaluate and implement partnerships, including aspects related to volunteerism, establishment of non-profits, and other labor-related issues.

Our Corporate Social Investment team has the necessary experience to provide safe and comprehensive advice regarding administrative law as it applies to social projects that employ incentive resources introduced by the Rouanet Law, the Children and Adolescent Charter (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - ECA), and the Sport Incentive Law, as well as monitors continuing developments in the New Regulatory Framework of Civil Society Organizations.
