About the program
TFInclusão is the name of TozziniFreire's inclusion program. It is the result of a history that began with the founding of the firm in 1976.
We are proud to be pioneers in implementing internal policies for gender equality and in promoting actions that encourage the conscious participation of individuals in society. Always aware of our responsibility, our social actions and initiatives have grown and transformed into increasingly inclusive initiatives. It was in this context that, in 2018, all of TozziniFreire's social initiatives, developed over many years, were consolidated into the TFInclusão program.
The actions of this program are based on three pillars: TFDiversity, TFPro Bono, and TFSocial. Our work focuses on four main, but not exclusive, themes: Gender; LGBTQ+; Race; and People with Disabilities (PwD).
TFDiversity
TFDiversidade seeks inclusion through respect for plurality, considering actions that affirm and respect physical, ethnic-racial, sexual, gender, and origin diversity, among others.
TFPro Bono
TFPro Bono promotes inclusion through access to our services, making our legal expertise available to organizations of public interest.
TFSocial
TFSocial practices inclusion through a sense of community, encouraging engagement in actions that generate value for the members of the communities in which we are present.
Our commitment is to ensure that more people and organizations have access to the rights, means, and resources that will enable them to be an integral and active part of the society we want to build. This commitment has become the foundation of our social purpose: To make law a tool for inclusion.
