The entry of José Luis de Salles Freire marked the beginning of the strategic partnership that defined the success of TozziniFreire.
Partnership with the Rio de Janeiro-based firm “Augusto Nobre” and relocation to Alameda Santos.
Surge Tozzini e Freire in São Paulo, and Tozzini Freire Salles e Franco in Rio de Janeiro.
Creation of the Technical Directorate, responsible for technical quality and training programs.
New headquarters on Rua Líbero Badaró, beginning of computerization and implementation of a pioneering career and compensation system.
Consolidation of management and international operations, with new relationship models, sector specialization, and digital presence.
Opening of the Rio de Janeiro unit and creation of the first Executive Committee.
