The book gathers many years of professional experience and research, reflecting deep knowledge of the Brazilian entrepreneurial environment. Erik Fontenele Nybø (EDEVO/Molina Advogados/Insper), Bruno Feigelson (Future Law/AB2L/Sem Processo/Lima Feigelson) and Victor Cabral Fonseca (TozziniFreire Advogados/FGV Direito SP) provide an accurate analysis of issues involving law, startups and entrepreneurship, aiming to capacitate the innovation environment in Brazil as regards legal matters. Partner Rodrigo Vieira, head of TozziniFreire’s Startups & Innovation practice group, signs the preface.
