Isadora Fingermann joins TozziniFreire’s team as the head partner of the White-Collar practice. Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and high complexity projects, she has extensive expertise in economic criminal law and in representing the interests of Brazilian and multinational corporations in corruption cases, including highly complex internal investigations involving more than one jurisdiction.
The new partner authored several relevant national and international publications, and she is a former executive director of IDDD (Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa), 2012 to 2017.
Isadora holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Criminal Law from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas); a master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA; and she is a graduate of the Law School of USP (Universidade de São Paulo).
