Based in our Rio de Janeiro office and operating nationwide, Cinthia advises clients on debt restructurings and debt recovery, with a prominent track record in cross-border matters and landmark restructurings that have contributed to shaping Brazil’s current insolvency framework.

Cinthia de Lamare has a distinguished track record advising clients on judicial and out‑of‑court restructurings (reorganization of a company’s debts and operations), debt restructurings, debt recovery, financing and the acquisition of distressed assets. She also has significant expertise in complex and sophisticated financial transactions, from structuring and fundraising stages to the negotiation of debt instruments and collateral packages, always focused on developing strategic solutions that create value and mitigate future risks.

 

In Dispute Resolution, Cinthia is recognized for her work on complex, strategic cases across all areas of corporate litigation, including representation in sophisticated disputes in sectors such as energy, mining, telecommunications, infrastructure and oil & gas, including offshore operations.
