Professional experience
With more than twenty years of experience, Ricardo has great expertise in tax and corporate consultancy, focusing on corporate tax, M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, and strategic tax litigation. He also has experience in succession planning, taxation of international transactions, as well as administrative and judicial litigation. Besides that, Ricardo is an expert in accounting matters, having worked for a large audit firm.
