Professional experience
Partner in the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Technology and Innovation, and Intellectual Property areas of TozziniFreire Advogados, with over 20 years of experience, Luiza dedicates herself to projects adapting to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and specialized consulting related to the new law, data protection diagnostics and audits, and issuing legal opinions involving digital law and intellectual property issues. Her experience includes consulting for national and international companies on the protection of intellectual property rights, registration of industrial property contracts with government agencies, adoption of administrative measures to protect industrial property assets, legislation involving intangible assets and confidentiality, information technology, and data protection.
