TozziniFreire has privatizations in its DNA. With a historic contribution to Brazil and to our clients, we have participated in the most relevant privatizations of the last decades.

As the first law firm in the country to advise the Brazilian Federal Government on the wave of privatizations of the 1990s, we assisted the BNDES (The Brazilian Development Bank) in structuring legal framework for privatizations.  We also advised several state governments in connection with several public tenders.
