Partner Jerry Levers de Abreu and associate William Cyrelli, from our Tax practice, signed the “Brazil” chapter of the newest edition of the Transfer Pricing Forum (TP Forum), published by Bloomberg BNA, an important source of legal, tax, regulatory and commercial information.
The forum aims to identify key transfer pricing developments globally during 2019 and analyze how the practice of each country influences these developments.
Additionally, TozziniFreire’s members contributed with answers about tax legislation and its impact on transfer pricing in Brazil; transfer pricing examinations/audits within the country; the key features or developments in the examination/audit process in Brazil; as well as expectations for 2020 in the Brazilian context of transfer pricing.
