Ricardo has over 20 years of experience in the Capital Markets area, focusing on real estate transactions. His expertise encompasses the coordination of public offerings of Certificates of Receivables (CR), Certificate of Real Estate Receivables (CRI), and Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), debentures and commercial notes; advising on the structuring of Real Estate Investment Funds (FII), Equity Investment Funds (FIP), Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC) and Investment Funds in the Agribusiness Chain (FIAGRO); and structuring of financing operations. Additionally, he assists foreign investors in local transactions; asset managers and publicly-held companies; and several clients in corporate restructuring and financial reorganization proceedings, including in international loans. He was also head of the legal department of a large group in the energy sector, in which he developed, organized and implemented the legal area, comprising corporate, contractual and labor matters.
