Head of the Litigation practice at TozziniFreire, Luiz Virgílio has wide experience in strategic lawsuits, arbitration, and public civil actions, representing clients from different industries, such as automotive, financial, telecommunications, information technology, general industry, and agribusiness. He acts in State Courts and Higher Courts, liaising with judges and making effective oral arguments. He has participated in international arbitration, both as a lawyer and as a legal expert in Brazilian law. He is also skilled in negotiating agreements related to highly complex lawsuits involving the Public Prosecutor’s Office and public institutions.
