Head of the Alternative Investments practice, João has over 20 years of experience in the Corporate/M&A area and alternative investments in general, assisting local and foreign investors in transactions involving many different sectors. Advising private equity & venture capital players, he is recognized for his ability to combine technical expertise and deep industry knowledge. João worked as a foreign associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP’s London office from 2011 to 2012.
