Dedicated exclusively to the Environmental Law practice for over 13 years, Danilo has experience in environmental-related issues involving industrial, agricultural, and mining activities, such as licensing, contamination, specially protected territorial areas, solid waste, effluents, atmospheric emissions, climate change, and ESG criteria. He also handles judicial and administrative proceedings, in the consultancy, drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as legal audits.
