Ana Carolina is highly skilled in electricity regulation, assisting clients from different segments of the industry (generation, distribution, transmission and trading) in both regulatory and transactional matters. Her performance encompasses legal assistance in corporate transactions involving companies operating in the electricity sector, as well as project development. Ana has also deep expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of sector-related agreements, as well as representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings and in regulatory advice.
