Professional experience
Partner at TozziniFreire in the Litigation and Arbitration areas, Guilherme works on commercial and investment arbitration proceedings before several different institutions and in cases at all levels of the Judiciary Branch in Brazil. His expertise also includes work in contractual consulting, negotiation of complex contracts, and civil litigation in M&A transactions. In 2015, he worked as a foreign associate at Dechert (Paris) LLP in the international arbitration team. Guilherme is a member of the arbitrator lists of important Brazilian arbitration institutions (CAM/CCBC, AMCHAM, CAMARB, ARBITAC, CEMAAC, CAMCA, CAF, CMAA). He attended the XNUMXth Edition of the IADC Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, and the ICC Arbitration Advanced Academy for Latin America.
