Moira is head of the Institutional Relations area and of the Women’s Task Force at TozziniFreire. She started her career coordinating one of the Corporate groups, having participated in several M&A deals. She has contributed several publications to Brazil’s legal profession, such as a guide on Foreign Investment in Brazil for the Government of São Paulo (reprinted by the Foreign Ministry of Brazil and distributed by President Dilma Rousseff in a trip to the USA) and the translation into Portuguese of the Manual of Human Rights for Judges, Prosecutors and Lawyers prepared by the Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights and the International Bar Association.Moira has also organized the "Anti-Corruption Strategy for the Legal Profession," a training program for law firm leaders in São Paulo overseen by IBA (International Bar Association) in collaboration with OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime).
Moira received the WLG Kemmler Award, the highest honor bestowed by the World Law Group. She was also awarded with the Lifetime Achievement for Furthering Gender Diversity and Inclusion and in the Outstanding Contribution to the Legal Profession category by Chambers & Partners, one of the world’s most relevant guides in the legal market.
