Professional experience

A specialist in the development of employment structures, Marcelo has extensive experience in creating profit-sharing plans, stock options, and structuring flexible benefits, variable compensation and executive-income plans, as well as other contracts and services. Marcelo also advises clients on issues of labor health and safety, improvement of union relations, and strategies for preventing or reducing labor liabilities. His expertise in labor law makes him a valuable advisor on the social security area, particularly on matters relating to the Social Security System and Supplemental Retirement plans.
