Partner in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice groups at TozziniFreire, Kenneth has over twenty years of experience in capital markets and banking, having worked for major financial institutions and corporations. He deals with structuring and negotiating documents related to financial transactions and capital markets, notably structured finance transactions. He has also vast experience in financial institutions, with regulation and supervision from the Brazilian Central Bank and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission. Kenneth worked as foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell Office in New York between 2008 and 2009.
