Professional experience

Darcy assists domestic and international clients from various industries through his work in the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups and the firm’s Agribusiness and Bioenergy/Ethanol industry groups. His current practice builds on the litigation experience he acquired early in his career, when he also represented companies in acquisitions, sales, mergers, associations, corporate restructurings, and the implementation of new facilities among other activities. The industry knowledge that Darcy developed in his work with agribusiness companies led him to be the partner responsible for that industry area.
