Professional experience

With significant experience in complex antitrust matters, Daniel represents diverse national and international companies in investigations and other proceedings brought by the Brazilian System of Competition Defense.  His knowledge of cutting-edge issues in the antitrust field positions him to assist clients in the negotiations and drafting of leniency agreements, as well as settlements and divestiture orders. Daniel also works with companies in risk assessment and in planning and implementing antitrust compliance programs. He is frequently asked to speak on antitrust topics.
